Balancing is a key step not only in spindle repairs, but also in the maintenance of a wide range of rotating equipment.

A properly balanced rotor means:

  • Less vibrations
  • Higher machining accuracy
  • Longer bearing and machine lifespan

Thanks to the top-tier equipment and our experience, we offer balancing as a standalone service – either directly at your facility or at our specialized balancing center.

What can we help you with in the field of balancing?

01

Stationary balancing

up to 50 kg

We perform precise static and dynamic balancing of parts up to 50 kg using the professional Schenck Pasio 50 balancing machine.

We typically balance:

  • Spindle shafts
  • Rotors
  • Discs
  • Pulleys
  • Other rotating components

Accuracy up to quality class G 1 or G 0.4 according to ISO 21940.

Each balancing job includes a final report with detailed results.
Just provide the part and specifications – we’ll take care of the rest.

02

Mobile balancing

Directly at your facility

Some assemblies cannot be easily disassembled or clamped – which is why we also offer mobile balancing directly at the customer site.

We balance:

  • Complete spindles and rotary units in machines
  • Smoke extractors and exhaust systems
  • Pumps (e.g. in power plants or industrial facilities)
  • Crushers, mixers, winders, and other rotary equipment

Measurements and corrections are done during operation, without disassembly.
This significantly saves time and reduces downtime costs.
We also balance assemblies with their own drive systems (belts, electrical motors, etc.).

When does balancing make sense?

  • When replacing bearings or repairing shafts
  • If the machine vibrates even with newly installed parts
  • For new or refurbished assemblies before commissioning
  • When switching to higher speeds or more precise machining
