What does a basic overhaul include?

  • Inspection and repair of mechanical parts – guideways, bearings, spindle, sliding surfaces, etc.

  • Alignment and accuracy – restoring machining parameters within the original tolerances

  • Replacement of worn parts – only where necessary

  • Cleaning and minor modifications – the machine undergoes thorough cleaning and small improvements for better operation

  • Retaining original electrical systems and control units if still operational

Complete general machine overhaul

If your machine is heavily worn, frequently breaks down, or no longer meets today’s performance and user comfort standards, a complete overhaul is the right choice.

What does a complete overhaul include?

  • Full disassembly of the machine down to the machine casting

  • Refurbishment or replacement of all key mechanical components (guideways, screws, bearings, spindle, gearboxes)

  • New electrical installation and switch cabinet – modern cabling, protection, control modules

  • A brand-new or modernized control system that meets current standards

  • Addition of missing functions – such as axis encoders, cabinet cooling, coolant filtration

  • New paint, markings, and a complete visual facelift

  • Testing, precise alignment, and final measurement
