Condition Measuring Unit (CMU) is the brain of modern machine tool monitoring. This compact device is designed for synchronized data acquisition, preprocessing, and intelligent transmission of data from key machine sensors directly to the MyMachine web application.
The unit performs basic real-time data analysis and, based on predefined parameters, independently decides which records are important. This reduces data transfer and provides technicians with only relevant information for predictive maintenance and production optimization.
