Product description

The BSD 07 spindle unit is suitable for machine tool manufacturers as well as for retrofitting existing equipment. It is a compact belt-driven spindle designed for light to medium-duty machining and is commonly used in single-piece and small-batch production. Thanks to the combination of an ISO 40 taper, high speeds and solid power output, it offers versatile application potential.

The unit reaches a maximum speed of 10,000 rpm, extending its application range from precision machining to standard production operations. It provides a power output of 7.5 / 11 kW (S1 / S6–40%) with a corresponding torque of 75 / 100 Nm, enabling stable operation even under prolonged load. The spindle is grease-lubricated, contributing to simple maintenance and easy integration into the machine.

The BSD 07 spindle unit is standardly used in Kovosvit MAS MCV 500 Quick, MCV 750 Quick and MCV 754 Quick machines. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 130 × 400 mm and belt-driven design, it is suitable for both new machines and modernization of existing equipment.
