Product description

Electro-spindle ES950 series. Thanks to a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm, an asynchronous motor and air cooling, the ES950 series is suitable primarily for light to medium-duty machining applications.

The ES950 series is available in power variants 3.8 kW, 5 kW and 7.5 kW. All versions share the same compact dimensions of 142 × 145 mm and a weight of 25 kg. The spindles are grease-lubricated, allowing for easier maintenance and integration into the machine. Depending on the variant, the tool interface ISO 30 or ISO 30 / HSK F63 is available.

High speeds combined with a torque of up to 7.2 Nm (S6–40%) support efficient use in milling and drilling operations. The ES950 electro-spindles can be further equipped with a pneumatic tool clamping system, vibration sensor or bearing temperature sensor, and are also prepared for Wi-Fi monitoring and the myHSD system.
